I feel your pain...I had one a couple of weeks ago when I was sick. Try Abreva, it worked in no time!

Zovirax works great but it is prescription only. But if you have history of it you should have no problem with your doc writing you a prescrip. Best stuff I've found, usually gets rid of it in 3 days top.
