I could kiss you right now I saw your post about Dillards and just ordered my centerpieces. The ones you got are the ones I was planning on getting from BBB but in the Amber color. Thank you sooooooooooooo much you just saved me a fourtune

Glad I could help!!!! But thank FH, if El Cheapo didn't decide to google the brand to see if anyone had them for less, I never would have thought to look at Dillard's!

OMG I saw this post earlier and just went to check them out for the hell of it...and I ordered 26 sets! Also of the amber thank you so much!!!! Got two sets for each table! Such a steal!

Only thing did you ladies find they were on back order too? figured they have almost a year to get them in so I am not worried but just wondering if anyone else encountered that too.

Hmm...I don't think mine were on backorder, but I got the red, not amber. Did it say backorder after you placed the order, or prior? Our order went through fine, and we didn't see anything about backorder, unless it said it in an automated email, which went to FH's account so unfortunately I can't hack in it to see.

Dillard's has these hurricane goblets on sale for $12 a set, normally 20

It says til the 7th only, but the website is still showing the sale price if anyone else is interested!

It said it in small letters prior to ordering... I believe next to the quantity choice. I figured if I dont get them in 6 months I will just cancel and then opt for something else...but at the price I couldnt pass it up! Thanks again!!

Yeah, I am also curious what youre going to use them for. I like them a lot! Are you putting candles in them and then surrounding them with low flower centerpieces?

I am using them as my CP and putting candles in them and having rose petals sprinkled around them

my reception hall has oval table (grr I HATE oval tables but thats another topic lol) So I was either thinking of putting one set on either end of the table and some sort of low floral arrangement in the center OR grouping the two sets in the middle of the table and then putting some rose petals around them. Not exactly sure yet... they seem pretty large (the highest one is 20') so I have to see them in person first but either way there will be candles in them. Plus either way they would save us a TON on the floral budget because I wouldnt need super high CP!

Ladies that ordered these.... Did you get yours yet? I ordered them on SUNDAY and they said they were back ordered and they came today!!!! I now have 13 HUGEEEE boxes sitting in my kitchen lol If you didnt get them yet they are MORE then I ever dreamed they would be!! they are huge!

ETA: i dont know why but the bases look SUPER gold in the pic... They are more speckled and not as gold in person

All 8 boxes came today!!! My poor mother, I forgot to tell her they were due today, and she saw FedEx piling out all these boxes and was like what the efff.....haha.

I haven't opened them yet to check for damage, I should get on that.

Same here I thought my mom was going to pass out when she walked in the house today! This is what she walked into and thats not even all of them! (excuse the messy kitchen still decorated for thanksgiving lol)

Didnt get to open all the boxes yet either but so far so good!
