Color for Dresses

What do you think of Champangne colored BM dresses?

I am having a day wedding at the beach and I thought Chanpagne with bluish ribbon would be pretty, but a friend said that color may not show up well in pictures.

I think champagne is a pretty color my cousin is getting married in November and she is using champagnefor BM dresses. I am sure it will be pretty with the blue ribbion for color contrast. It will show up fine in the pics don't you worry.

I dont know, I think it might look too much like your wedding gown in the pictures....

Are you BM dark ?? If they are blonde and light skinned it may be a wash out ......
I DO love that color thought, I just can not wear it !!!
What if you add a deep color ribbon or flowers ???

I was thiniking about this color as well and one of my BM's who happens to be an 'Uber Bridesmaid' said the same thing about the pics-- that they don't show up very well..

What about white or ivory like your dress?? That would look really nice on the beach.

I am having my Bridesmaids in champagne. I am mixing with some Lavender. It looks so good - I saw a mix with blue - that also look fantastic. Good Luck...I'm sure all your bridesmaids will look beautiful in those colors.

I am having a beach themed wedding and I originally wanted blue dresses for my BMs and a champagne colored dress for my MOH. I thought it would represent sand and water.

My MOH would have worn it, but was not thrilled with the champagne idea. They are all wearing blue.

I do think the champagne would look great though!!! Go for it!
