My dress is ivory (pics in album). Do the guys have to wear ivory shirts? That's what the tux place was trying to tell me, but I thought white looked sharper. What did you ladies do? What do you think?
If you have a pic of yourself in an ivory dress next to your DH in a white or ivory shirt, can you post?

We just ordered yesterday and they told us the same thing so that's what we ordered! But I really wonder how much you'll notice. is your FH wearing ivory?

Gotcha. If they all wear the same color then you might be ok. I know that the guy at MW said that if my dress is ivory that the guys should wear ivory because if they wore white it might make the dress look yellow. I guess it depends on the shade of ivory??

I had an ivory dress and we used white shirts and DH wore ivory tie and vest. It looked great. Personally I think the ivory shirts just look like they are dingy. THe white shirt against my dress looked fine......Plus not a lot is showing cause of the vest and tie.

my dress is champagne (dark ivory)....was told by the tux guys that if the guys wore white, it would make my dress look dirty. so the guys will be wearing ivory.....lol no dirty dress for me!!

If your dress is ivory you should have the guys wear ivory shirts.. if they wear bright white it will make your dress look creamy or dirty in pictures.
