Hi Girls, I am getting married the day before Easter so I am using pastel colors. My flowers are going to be ivory, peach, light blue and maybe light purple. The ?? I have is about my makeup. Do you think I can still use semi-dark colors (for lips and eyes) if I am using such light colors for my flowers? I do not know if it matters but just wanted to get some feedback.

i wouldnt worry about your makeup matching your flowers.
just wear what looks good on you. the makeup artist will help you decide according to your skin tone.
im going in the brown family and my flowers will be all white with a little green. the thought of matching makeup didnt cross my mind (and i love to match everything! ) so i wouldnt worry about it sweetie!

I think you should use darker make up, it will look nice next to your flowers. Like Preshy said, I wouldn't worry too much about make up matching flowers.

if you are worried about it being too dark for the season, the m/u artist will help you pick more springy colors that are still dramatic- or maybe you can go heavy on the eye, glossy on the lips.
I am getting married a week after you. here are pics from two of my trials-funny enough, both artists used purple and golds on my eyes to enhance the green in them.
the first was Smashbox(and after a long sweaty commute home- in the store it looked fantastic) the second is from Clinique (I went for my epics)
