I have been noticing that brides tend to select all-white or mostly white bouquets for themselves. I tend to prefer colorful flowers... I even think I would pick purple flowers for myself, and have my BMs carry white flowers to pop against their dresses (which, we haven't chosen yet, but will be purple).
Just wondering... what are you girls doing for your bouquets, and why?

I personally like color in bridal bouquets as well. I think the white or ivory flowers against a wedding dress looks kind of monotonous. I am doing ivory, hot pink and light pink roses with stephanotis in my bouquet.

I orginally was going to do deep red roses .. Then i fell inlove w peonies.. Now im thinkin of doing either bright yellow or maybe a tealish color .

I am doing tiger-lilies and irises! I LOVE bright, bold bouquets. I think they are very modern and fun!

I love the idea of a colored bride's bouquet. I'm still unsure of what kind of flowers, but I know I want green, purple and white in mine. :)
The bridesmaids will be various flowers with little pops of green.

I will be having an all purple bouquet and my BMs will be wearing dark purple and they will be mostly white bouquets with very small touches of purple and pinks.

I went to two weddings this weekend that used blue as the color and it did not involve dyed roses!
One wedding used hydrangeas, which looked gorgeous IMO but I have heard they may not last long in bouquets. The other wedding used blue orchids. They were SO PRETTY!

I plan on doing a colored bouquet. I love colored flowers, plus I love when photographers do the photos in black and white, but just print the bouquet in color - i think it looks sooo cool!!!
