Colors for an Early September Wedding

My girls are going to be in almost the exact same color blue! :)


We are early Sept too and I am doing blue, white, and blush pink. It's still summer, in my book!

Even though I am having my wedding in June. My color scheme is the sunset.....I can definitely see those colors used for September. Although I am going for lighter hues....you can go for brighter and darker: oranges, yellows, purple, pink. Check out my album I have some pics of sunsets and flowers that might give you an idea.

I am not having blue in my color scheme, so I can't be of much help, but if you do bright and dark colors, I don't see why you can't incorporate bright blues.

Since you're early September (like me!) you should stay away from the true fall colors - since technically, you are still getting married in the summer. Just start looking on as many websites as possible and something will click for you.

I'm doing dark platinum (marcasite) colors for my BM dresses. And flowers will be light pink, dark pink and orange...like sherbet!

You can decide whether you feel like it's more of a summer of fall wedding and based the colors around that. Or just go with you faves and don't worry about the season.
