Colors for the nursery

What colors are you using or did you use for the nursery? We painted it yellow and green, yellow on top, green on the bottom, antique white chair rail in the middle. We're thinking of doing a grey carpet in the room and I'm just looking to get ideas from people about colors. Our furniture is a natural wood color. Any care to share what their nursery looks like? If you have any pictures that would be great.

Since Emma was an IT before she came out we went with green...

Thats her BED? its beautiful! I love those ones that turn form a crib into a bed..not that I am loookin any time soon, but I have bene shoppin with lots of friends!

we are either doing yellow/white with green chair rail or yellow/green with white chair rail...for floors we are doing oak hardwood...but I think the grey would look nice

I'm working on the nursery today - should have some pics to post Monday!!!

I did an ivory and pale yellow faux paint and will put a gloss white chair rail and paint the bottom a pale yellow. I have hardwood floors with an ivory rug and light wood furniture.

No, thats not her convertable crib. Its a toddler bed. The crib is on the other wall. I am putting #2 in a crib in less than a year and I didnt want to spend the extra money on a crib

We did pale yellow on top, green on bottom and this border at chair rail length. Our furniture is an off white color called vanilla.

I'm also in the process of framing these prints to match the border:

OMG Doreen - those are the exact pics I bought for the my baby's room!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Target even had a matching nightlight!!!!!

Lukies room is done in light blue and his rug is charcoal gray. His wood is light and he also has navy blue and red stuff in his room.

Im in the middle of doing Taras room right now. Her room will be a combo of lavender, pink & green. Her walls are lavender and I am painting some furniture a really pretty green and distressing it. Certain things like her crib bumpers, bed skirt, valance are pink. Ive been accessorizing her room with whichever of these three colors grabs my fancy, depending on the item. Her crib is light wood and the carpet is light beige.

I'll post pics when I finish.
