colors question

colors question

my wedding colors are white and green. I dont think I like the CP I have settled with my florist on (white lilies and willow branches)
I always loved cherry blossoms and was planning using them originally but then the florist said that the only cherry blossoms available mid May are pink ones

so the question is: will that be ok to use pink cherry blossoms even tho my colors are white and green?

I feel as whats the connection btwn that and my colors, might as well not to have any set colors then. am I just being crazy?

I ran into this *exact* same problem. I really wanted cherry blossoms but they told me that chances are they'd only be able to get pink ones in mid-may. So I asked what my alternatives were. Right now, we have white cherry blossoms down on the contract, but she's going to contact me two weeks prior to the event and by then we'll know if they are available or not. If they're not, then we're going to use curly willow with hand attached white orchids. HTH!

I think it will look beautiful!!! I don't like everything so matchy-matchy.
maybe the florist can put some greenery at the bottom of the CPs if you want to incorporate green in them.

Yes, pink definitely goes with green. That would look pretty - it definitely goes with white also.

I think adding some pink will look beautiful! Don't get stuck on keeping everything to green and white...I think it'll be a perfect touch!

i think that color combo will look awesome! as long as you incorporate the white an dgreen elsewhere i think it will all tie together nicely

I think it would look very beautiful! Maybe you can put small white candles around the centerpiece to get that white you were looking for?

I'm going through the same problem. My colors are ivory and green, but I don't want to limit myself with those colors for my flowers.

I think the pink will still look good with your green and white theme. I'm thinking of adding some pink to my arrangements too.

Isnt Rita doing a sage green and cherry blossoms as well? I think her menus had a similiar color scheme and they looked sooo good!

it would bring nice color to your wedding

aww thanks and i just noticed there is some greenery on the tree

my colors are pink sage green and ivory so green and white is not far off - and really the only pink in my wedding is the flowers
