Columbian or Colombian coffee??

OK ladies:

I am sending my menus to the printer........is it:

Columbian coffee (with a 'U')

or

Colombian coffee (with an 'O')

I know that the country of Colombia is spelled with an 'o', but why do I see it with a 'u'???

Colombian. Columbia is a university. Colombia is a country. Unless the coffee is made at the college, it's spelled Colombian.

If you want more proof, the National Federation of Coffee Growers from Colombia spell it with an 'o'

Also, the reason a search for 'Columbian' coffee got more hits is because it includes results for both Colombian and Columbian (look closely). All googlefight.com does is run two separate Google searches. If you search for Columbian coffee through google, the hits it gives have both Columbian and Colombian included. Weird.
