#1- I love referring to the beach as 'the shore'.
#2- When you used the phrase 'quite lovely', your voice reading in my mind had an English accent.
#3- you can grab me any time.

Fabulous! I really enjoy your writing!

I have issues with depression and my medications have suucked my memory dry. I only wish I had the problem of remembering too much. I have pictures of myself at parties I totally don't remember being at. And understand that I am not a drinker and didn't touch weed until I was in my mid 20's. My docs say the anti-depressant drugs I have been taking have affected my memory.

Of course my husband has the most amazing memory EVER. He remembers learning how to walk, things I said to him when I was 14! and nearly every little random tidbit of information he learns - making him feel brilliant.

I should have been writing in journals all these years. It would have helped but I have no motivation. I want to forget. I don't want the torment of remembering all the bad decisions I have made and all the stupid things I have said.

In terms of that SOMETHING to help you - try yoga. Seriously, it is just amazing how helpful it can be. I have always loved yoga but I have just recently decided to fully throw myself into practice and really get into it. I have gone to some Bikram Yoga classes - the hot yoga in 100 degree heat. Really amazing, hard and mentally challenging. Just an idea for ya!
