It is a small glass bottle. When I bought them they said 'love potion' on them. I peeled the label off. I am going to fill them with water and put in a baby rose. I made the heart tag out of heavy cardstock and will stick them on with double sided tape.

I ordered the tissues from SNUFF and ordered the vellum envelopes online. I printed out the stickers and stuck them on after I stuffed. Not too hard to do at all! I got the idea and sites to order at from the wonderful ladies on here! Thanks girls!
