Comfy Sneakers

CAn any of my fellow preggos suggest a comfy pair of sneakers for our swelling feet? I can not seem to find a pair that fit right and Nike's are out of the question way to narrow. Thanks!!

I can help you. When I was preggo with my son I had really really bad swelling and I wore leather Keds with a lycra tongue (or some kind of stretchy material). They were the only thing that was comfy. In fact, I just threw them away in the last week or so b/c the soles were worn out from all the use during that pregnancy in 2002 and since.

ETA:

Just so you dont think I mean the narrower traditional Ked style, here's a link to the ones I am talking about. It is lycra

I have a pair of merrell mules which are SUPER comfy and stretchy.

My ultimate fav. preggo sneak had to be vans.. they were wide enough for my already wide foot and expandable without looking frumpy witht eh extremely long laces provided... I wore the mens style.. it fit my swollen feet best!! Good Luck!

I actually bought a pair of champion sneakers at PAyless they came in WIDE and were the most comfortable....
