Commack The Wedding Center rant!! LONG
Sorry for the long rant!!!
Against my better judgment, even though they have nothing but terrible reviews, I used the wedding center for my dress, BM dresses and invites. I was trying to stay positive and form my own opinion instead of listening to what others say.
Long story short... They ordered my dress wrong... TWICE!!!
Ordered my BM dresses. Those aren't in yet. I'll update if those are screwed up too.
Last week I posted a rant about my invites.... They forgot to order them!!! They finally came in and I went to pick up today. After standing there for maybe 10 mins while one associate was on her cell and the other 2 were BSing with each other, they asked if we needed something. They pulled out my invites and told us our balance. I asked for some sort of compensation... The owner, Bob looked at me like I was nuts. After much argument, he gave me $30 off and acted as though he was doing me a favor.
Then what was most annoying, I picked up my dress bc I was pissed and decided I don't want them to do my alterations... He pulls out my dress and one of the strings to hang it is broken. He says 'looks like it broke' ... No kidding!!! So it's hanging all crappy since it's missing a string, gonna have to get it fixed during alterations.
