uggh...they are drving me nuts! We went there today to get one of my BM's measured and two FG's measured and it took 2 & 1/2 hours! The staff just stands around looking at you and stops what their doing if there is a better conversation going on somewhere else.
One BM called in her order over the phone, they faxed her a contract, she paid by CC and they cant find ANY OF THIS other then a sticky note on the computer with her measurements on them. She faxed the info to them and they say they never got that either. Today I tried to work it out, but I almost cried because I was getting so upset , they could not understand what I was saying..and the women helping us kept calling my BM that was there the other bm's name! I corrected her at least 5 times!
Other then the price, I would not recomennd this place, way too disorganized.

I was there today too with my MOH looking at dresses. It was my first trip there and though I thought they had a large selection of BM dresses, I found the staff very difficult to work with. Thumbs down in the service dept.

Same here - They stood around yapping w/ each other (like 7 of them !!) and my sister and I had to repeatedly interrupt them ...and WE felt stupid doing it !! Very very very BAD service, - And to be honest, the Lazaro gown my BM got was only $5.00 less there then it was @ Bridal Reflections.....

i drove all the way out there from moriches and didnt stay even a hour... i didnt get a speck of help from anyone execept the chick who told me i had to put my name on the list to try dressess... i could try 2 on and then had to put my name on the bottom of the list again.. what crap... when we went downstairs to look at bridesmaids dresses i was given the third degree about my camera... then some lady rolled her eyes at me because i couldnt remember who designed the bridesmaids dress i was looking for... I told my maids to take off the dresses they were trying on andwe left... that was the worst place i have ever been to.. everyone was MEAN!!!!

I echo your sentiments however there were 2 amazing women in the brdal area, Helene and Josephine and there's one girl downstairs hwo is really good, she's the youngest one I've seen, like mid- late 20's. She took care of all my BM's and they were very happy with her. So far so good, we'll see what happens when they start their fittings next week.

Yes their service is horrible. I went with my MOH (sister) 2 weeks ago on a wednesday because its less packed during the week and the woman were still yapping amongst themselves not giving any help.

Hmmmmm. My MOH and I have seen Bob (the owner) at a couple bridal shows and were impressed with the number of dresses they claim to have as well and the low cost. I/We were planning on going there, but after hearing all the remarks, I am not sure. Also, I am BIG on customer service, having worked in retail for 8+ yrs. I have NO problem going to Bob at the next expo (Mon @ Marriot) and telling him that I was planning to go to his store, but have been hearing not so good things. See if that gets me/us anywhere.

Re: Commack wedding center
That seems to be the common opinion. Personally, I know when I was looking for bridal gowns the woman was very rude and actually walked away from me when I was looking at tiaras like I wasn't even there. Honestly, they better do something about this because they will start losing business. There are other places with prices that are just a good, but that more helpful. And for what I understand there is another bridal center only like 10 minutes away, so they aren't the only show in town.

It wont help you at all. To make a really long story as short as possible. I was the Moh for my sister we ordered the gowns there gave them a fake date of a month in advance the gowns came in 2 days before the 'fake Date' I ran in there picked up all 7 gown and screamed til i turned blue in the face they said no problem the seamstress will take care of all the altertion I asked if it was going to be free since we were going to need 2 fitting and a pickup in two days they said no way. My mom is a dressmaker we took them home and she fixed them. My gown was order 5 sizes too big They ordered me a 28 and i tried on one bridesmaids 14 and it fit perfectly no alterations. Could u imagine the tears when they ordered a 28 on a 14 body forget that the alterations. My Fmil loves the place and they have gone there and ordered at least 20 BM/MOH dresses there throughout the years so she swears by the place. I saw BOB at a show and told him of the experience and he never said he was sorry, he said there had to be a reason why the dresses didnt come in on time and that if you are not comfie with the service don't get your gowns from us. Idiot me went there with my two girls picked out a gown gave another fake date of 1 mth in advance the gowns came in, in less than 3 mths they came in August for my 'DEC' wedding. Werid the service is better on a weekday durning the day. We had 5 girls helping us and only 2 girls. Good luck
So the story wasnt that short sorry

I was just there last thursday night and Helene was amazing...she answered all the stupid questions I had and I was so relieved. I guess it just depends on who you get....
