I must say ladies I am very happy with them so far. I started posted back around MLK weekend when Joe and I started our inital planning before our actually proposal this past Valentine's day. (yes, the military affects everything in our lives) well I must say that many vendors, and family and friends told us that nothing would work out for us since we didn't have the typical year. Well I must say for anyone who wants to get married sooner then later go for it and it is possible. We did our Private PreCana in Philly this weekend (thank you everyone for your help) Got out invites which our going out in two weeks, a great DJ, Photographer and all that other jazz. My greatest fear was my dress and my girls dresses but ya know what.. They all came in today!! I ordered them in late January and I got a great deal through CWC!! I went to many places and all the bridal shops told me it would be impossible to have my dress for my July wedding.. yadda yadda.. but ya know what it is possible! I'm just so happy b/c the dresses are in!! I know that bob gets on everyone's nerves and they can get busy but I gotta say if ya go on a late night. My girls and I always went on thursdays around 6 we never had a problem. (gosh, I sound like a vendor.. lol) I am just real impressed with there services dress wise and I know some people on here knock them but hey, I'm happy. I'm getting my photography from them too and yes I am nervous but, luckily when I went in today they had a couple who got married at St. kilians making there album!! (and that's my church!) and they were really nice pictures! Ladies, I'm just real excitied since everything was last minute in a way we went crazy the first few weeks and I was getting in a lull but wow, my dress is in!! It's just so nice to try it on and have it fit, not the sample which was a huge size!! hehe Thanks for letting me ramble! Laurie

I'm glad things are going well for you. It sounds like everything will be great. I'm also glad you are having a great experience with CWC, as I had the complete opposite. But, this just goes to show you that it does matter what time you go and who takes care of you. I am very happy with the place I ordered my dress, but I'm sure others have had bad expierences there. All that matters in the end is that you are satisfied with your service and that you LOVE your dress. I wish you continued luck in your wedding planning. Thank you for sharing! Kelly

I wanted to let you know that my cousin had her photo/video done at CWC and they came out great! In fact they were just as good as my aunts pictures (who spent $2,000 more!). She hasn't gotten her video back yet (it took her awhile to get her baby pics to them) but she has been real happy with their service. In fact she said that the last time she went in there was a huge photo of her and her husband right as you walked in, you might have seen it. I hope everything goes just as smooth for you (I'm sure it will).

I am so happy that your planning has gone so well. I got my bridesmaids bresses from the CWC and I too have nothing but good things to say baout them, so far. My only suggestion would be to stay away from there on a Saturday ( it''s a zoo). Best of luck with the rest of your planning.

I am SOOO glad you loved them, We are getting married w/ their package..I think Bob needs a vacation though I love him to death...Oh and by the way..EVERYONE ALSO SAID THAT my dress would not be here by July 15th..for an August 3 wedding..Buy it off the rack they said..Not CBC they ordered a Mori Lee 2002 Spring collection..on MARCH 18th NO PROBLEM>>> LOL

Just be careful sometimes Bob doesn't care too much for you any more after you pay him.. lol. He really does need a vacation and he gets on your nerves at some showcases. But I got a great deal, my dress came in early, and we only go on wednesday or thursday night.... His son in law Rich is wonderful and if Bob rubs you the wrong way try to deal with Rich.. Laurie

That is how every retailer in America is once you pay the thing off..As I wrote this last night my Fiancee told me that they had called on Monday..My dress is in..3 weeks!!! Remember that this was supposed to be a dress everyone else said..'No way will you get this dress in time..buy it off the rack....'

Just a lillte note... Bob does not own CWC he gave it to his Kids...He just worked there and does the shows...He told my parents this when i went for my final fitting and they were talking to him But i loved them..they were great and All the dresses came in so quickly

Laurie..I am scared to death..It came in two months early..now they tell me I have 30 days to pick it up..even though I can not until July...The alterations are only the bustle..They will not hold it..LL

They are pretty big..but get an idea of what dress you are looking for..All you have to do is ear mark the page from the bridal mags and they will give you prices over the phone..I recommend that you find the dress in your size..even if you have to call them to change it..

I am checking out the Wedding Center in Baldwin this weekend. Are they owned by Bob too? Also if you don't mind, what kind of package did you get? Can you get some things but not others. I keep seeing packages with set items so I am just wondering... Thanks for your help!

No, I believe they only own Commack. We orignally had a package but then we dropped there DJ and there flowers So we decided to just do indiviual we are getting there digital photo package added to our photo package, there video package with parents copies, my dress, my girls dresses, my girls ordered my shower favors there and I got my jewerly there. The packages are good but you have to read the fine print if you are having a smaller wedding 140 or under then you are good, but we are having over 230 so it didn't work for us. Also CWC invite package doesn't include, liners, colored ink, return address and some other things and it's only for like 70 invites so when bob added those things and the extra in for us we weren't doing any better so I went with Diana from Crystal International Gifts. Diana is doing our wedding favors, my bridesmaids gift, groomsmens gifts, parents gifts, and some other things. If you go to CWC please choose your times carefully. They don't take appointments so you have to pick off times. We always went around 7pm. The night I first went there I booked with Bob b/c he stayed 3 hours past close proving to my mom and I that he wasen't going to ruin my wedding.. lol

Ya he did a good job of that too at the Bridal Show I met him at. Thanks for the information. I would think it would get busy in the evenings giving people getting out of work and all but guess not. I will probably try to book for the video and photos b/c my party is over 200. Thanks again.

lol,When you go check out the Digital Album. Joe and I both feel in love with it. Only downfall, you can only speak to the photographer the week or two before you affair b/c he wants all your final ideas after all your deciding. The video guy seems nice too, I have spoken to him a few times. Hey if you can hold off till July I'll give you my reviews after my affair. Bob, is going to try to talk you into the package though b/c he will sware too you will not be able to find things cheaper.. you can though if you want, especially if it is a larger wedding:) It took a month or so, but I am really comfortable with my decison. If you feel uneasy talk to Rich. Bob's son and I believe the real owner now. He is a great guy and not pushy. Rich was awesome, just b/c when I made my one of my payments he told me a time to come in the same as a newlymarried couple who got married at St. killians.. And we got to see there pictures and loved them and st. killians is our church so we thought that was awesome. Best of luck! I'll be there monday the 29th at 8pm for my first bridal fitting!!
