FH and I are going to a communion party on Saturday at a restaurant. Its for a friend of mine that I havent seen in AGES. I was going to give her daughter a money but I am not sure how much I should give. I figured I would give a little more since its at a restaurant and not at the home but I am clueless as an amount! Any suggestions??

Re: Communion gift help...
FH's cousin is having his communion on Saturday, and a party following at the Watermill. We're not able to go (I have 4 finals next week), so we just sent a check. We sent $100, and they seemed very appreciative.

I usually give about $50, regardless of where the party is.
