Complaint!

So I thought I had the invite I wanted to start my pocketfold but yesterday I was in Michaels and I found another one in the clearance section that goes so much better with my summery theme.
I call 1800 Michaels and they give me 2 stores that have multiple copies. Well I call one store and the guy literally had no idea what I was talking about! I was on hold for ever and he keep on coming on the phone asking me if I wanted the 'chocolate' kind! The invite is called 'orange paisley print' Where did he get chocolate out of that!!!!
HUH! SO FRUSTRATING!!

yea as much as it stinks u r better off just going there urself..sometimes the people on the other end of the phone can just not get what u r talking bout

I think I know which ones you were talking about. What company supplies them to Michael's? Are they the Brides ones? If so, look the company up online and you might be able to find more.
