complaint e-mail i sent to my hotel salesperson
i have had enough

Cathy,
I must say that my fiance, family, & I are quite concerned about this hotel block business. I belong to a network of many future brides, and they have all been able to establish their blocks in a day's time, not in nearly three weeks' time.
I have to say that our initial communications were a bit confusing to me, especially when a rather unclear- due to acronyms- contract was sent to me. However, I thought this confusion was over when I signed the paper.
Yesterday, in the morning, you told me that everything was situated. Yesterday night, I called and our block was not in the system. Tonight I called, and all the rooms were in the system except for the two suites. I do not understand why the suites were not entered. When I sign a contract, I expect the stipulations in the contract to be met.
I was told by whomever I spoke with that he would call me back tomorrow morning. He said he wanted to check, in order to make sure that I do not get charged more for the suites. I certainly hope I do not, as the suites were part of the contract for $65 per night for the 12th & 13th.
At this point, I am quite concerned that my guests and I are going to arrive to find that something has happened to all of our reservations. Or to find that the Branford room is not ready for us. I have no idea what to expect at this point. What exactly is the issue here?
I do not think that I am asking too much in a short amount of time. Judging from other people's experiences, blocking off rooms is not an extremely complex task.
I hope you are able to understand and ease my concerns.
Jen
