anyone know how to add a font that i just downloaded to my computer?
i already downloaded the font to my computer - but how do i get it to show up in Word so that I can actually use it?

Are you on a PC or Mac?
If on a PC, open up your fonts folder from Control Panel and drag the font into the Font folder. Shut down Word, and open it up again, voila!
For a MAC, it just downloads it once you click it, and then open up the file again.

If you open the folder where the font is, does a box come up with the sample font writing? Usually it'll say 'Print' or 'Install' and you just have to install it then it'll be in your Microsoft
