computer pros-I need help

is the a way to turn a word spreadsheet style layout of addresses into address labels?
Isn't there a way to merge it or something? I'm such a computer dummy, I have all the adddresses from my wedding invites in that format-that's the way the computer calligrapher asked for them...now if I could turn that into labels I can use them for holiday cards!!
Please help if you can!

No, thank God! Are you? We're going to Ari's parents house. My MIL isn't even cooking either this year. She hired people to cook, serve and clean up for us! I hope it tastes like home cooking though!

You can set up a mail merge into Word, but it's hard to explain this way.....

Is anyone you know familiar with Mail Merge? You basically set up a template in Word (should be able to do this in Labels) then choose 'mail merge' on the top under Tools maybe? Then open the Excel spreadsheet, once it asks for merge data?, 'merge' and your labels should appear.

It's obviously a bit more complicated but that's the idea

Thanks Teri! I did it!!!!
You guys are the best!!
Sounds like a great day Lora! Nice & easy.
I'm cooking turkey, stuffing(already done) yams, mashed potoes, baby carrots, string beans. And we're having deviled eggs, shrimp cocktail, veggie dip platter, ceasar sald & mini quiches for appitizers
I enjoy making holiday meals

sounds delicious! We did have a nice night. I'm doing Christmas this year! I'm glad I have a month to prepare! Ari is the cook in our family, I'm the baker.

Hope you had a great night!
