concerned on ETSY

at what point do i worry

i ordered a jacket in December

she said i would have it by 2 weeks ago...nothing

then she said i'd have it by this past Thursday.

STILL NOTHING -

anyone know what recourse i have on etsy if this vendor screws me over??

I had the same situation, ironically with my personalized hoodie as well. If you go into 'your etsy', and view the receipt for the item you haven't received yet, you can file a non-delivery report and etsy will investigate it.


they say you have up to 45 days to file a claim with paypal to get your money back, but my issue never had to get that far. It was delivered 2 days after filing a report

Oh no! :( Are were having issues w/ our lady? I sent her my payment a few days back and have yet heard a thing from her, or even acknowledgment that she's sending a proof :(

I did, but it was resolved very quickly. I think it was more of a misunderstanding than anything. I ordered it back on 11/17, and never physically received it until the first week in january. I think I may have fell through the crack, because after filing the report, she sent me a VERY apologetic email saying she had so many rush orders that took priority, she just forgot to ship mine out.

So I don't think you have to worry. I would email her asking to see a proof, and after you approve it, periodically email her for updates.
