concerns with Garden room at the Swan Club

Hi ladies. I'm posting here because I'd like to hear from the experienced Swan Club brides who chose the Garden room. I figure I'd get more precise answers from you since you've been there and done that

Here are my concerns:
1) Since the ceremony and cocktail hours will be held at the same place which is the Pavillion, how fast did they turn it to cocktail room after ceremony? I'm afraid they will take some time and thereby cutting the cocktail hour short.

2) Did you have the Viennese dessert? In other places, the Viennese dessert is served in another room and I don't believe that's the case here in the Garden room so I'm wondering how did they actually serve this.

I'm not a swannie but my sister was. The turnaround was SUPER fast...you have nothing to worry about by the time people take a quick view of the grounds and the beautiful flowers it will be ready. People really loved the swan club and it seemed to be a really romantic setting for all the couples there...some snuck away for 5 mins to walk the grounds and they enjoyed it

I too am not a Swannie but my brother (I was a BM) was and was also in the Garden room. The turn around was fast BUT it rained on his wedding day. We were all stuck in the walkway leading to the pavillion under the awning while they made the turn around. It was just a bit cramped if it rains.
