does anyone know a site where i can search for condos/townhouse for sale??? everysite i look at is mostly homes i want condo only

try mlsli.com then chose condo only button..that site has a decent selection of condos

I have a great 1 bedroom for sale in East Rockaway (229K). There is an open house this Sunday Jan 14 (1-3 pm), but I can show it at anytime. I am very motivated to sell it.
