we actually found ours off of craigslist.com - but foxtons.com is another good one to browse.

The maintenance is incorrect. It is $800, not $645.

I agree that MLS is a great site to search for condos/co-ops.

We bought our co-op looking at craigslist.com.
Check out Alley Pond Co-ops located near Bayside and the Grand Central Parkway/Queens Nassau border.
