Condo/Co-op Maintenance fees

Hi!
My fiance and I are thinking about looking into buying a condo or co-op. I know that you have to pay a maintenance fee on top of the mortgage but was wondering just how much the maintenance fees are (I know they vary from building to building). Any info would be greatly appreciated!

We pay $666 for a 2 bedroom co-op in Brooklyn.

I pay $575 for a 2br in Queens.

For our townhouse/condo the maintence is $209 and includes all outside maintanence, snow removal/gardening, clubhouse (workout room, rec. rooms), pool, tennis courts, and playground. Oh, and water too. Since it's a condo we pay our own taxes.

we have all the same too. Our monthly fee is $190!!

That's so funny....imagine we were in the same development?!?

I was thinking the same...but it seems like not many people on the board live out this way-I'm in Manorville.
