Re: Confessions of a shopaholic
I LOVED these books and they were so reminicent of me...I wasnt offended at all, and likly because I CANNOT regulate ro control my money so it hit home, I thought I was the only one in the world who would get excited at things like a store just for stationary untill I read this, it made me feel better about my shopoholic ways....and trust me IM BAD!

I totally agree and during reading the book, kept thinking to myself 'is anyone really THIS stupid about their money'?
ME! And I take no offense to it but I become in a haze when I shop , I might need professional help I could easily afford tons of things I NEED, if I stopped buying what I WANT!

Re: Confessions of a shopaholic
A friend of mine recommeded this book to me with rave reviews - mind you she is a shopaholic as well!
I was pretty disappointed in it though. I just didn't think it lived up to all of the hype that I heard. Maybe it's because I am tired of all the 'city girls w/relationship & career problems' that seem to be saturating the shelves lately.
It was a nice light read but just didn't do it for me.
