Re: Confidence with weight
While I agree that many people would love to be a size 2... including myself....I think anyone can have a confidence problem at any weight.
Just remind yourself that you're healthy, you live a healthy life style and most importantly to your confidence, at a size 2 you are thin.... dont let people who may be thinner than you make you feel bad about yourself.

I disagree, I do feel for the OP as it can be difficult to be happy at any weight. Yes, plenty of people would love to be a size 2 but it doesn't guarantee happiness.

Re: Confidence with weight
I think I would be happy at a size 2 but it is different for everyone. The fact that you realize you ARE in shape though means you are only self-conscious w/ your uber skinny relatives. Dont let that bring you down, you are perfect the way you are and it would be unhealthy if you are naturally a 2 to strive for 0!!

Re: Confidence with weight
Im a 0-00 my sisters used to be a size 16 and they always say im so insecure because i always wish my arms were more toned to that i wish my thighs were thinner.. I work hard not to gain weight but i am so mynown worst critic.. I think even the most happy secure people still have their days wondering what could be better.. But i think it all comes down to being happy w how youuu feel at the end bc how u feel about urself is all that matters .. Corny i know but thats how i look at it.. Wen i feel uncomf about my body i jus w.o harder . Nobodys the same not even ur family. This all jus how i feel tho

Re: Confidence with weight
While some may be surprised you feel this way, maybe your family feels that way about themselves. Just work out and remember you're healthy and as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle, you can only keep looking better.

Re: Confidence with weight
I can say I completely understand you....everyone tells me I'm not fat but yet I gained 10 lbs in the past year....so maybe 10lbs ago I wasnt fat! I think everyones idea of fat is different! I am a size 6 & to people that might not sound fat but I understand. I want to look like the victoria's secret models so until i do....I'M FAT!!!
I am very tough on myself., I think that has to do alot with it too! I have to learn how to chill out when it comes to my body!
