well this is all just ridiculous and unnecessary. What do you all say we go back to wedding talk and not pay anymore attention to the drama that doesn't involve us? What vendor is everyone going to book next?

We're meeting the officiant we've been looking at this evening at 5:30, fh is picking me up at my office and we're going to meet in midtown, I don't know why but I am so nervous about it

this is what happened last night...it started off a really serious post, and ended up being something likw 13 pages..most of which was talk about our pets, and then sex toys LOL

I need to get on this, we're doing an interfaith wedding and FH says I need to meet the priest at his church, but he's not the one marrying us so I'm very confused. With my religion you just give the rabbi a holler, pay him some $$$ and you have an officiant.

i was completely nervous about meeting the deacon when i went ... i felt like they were going to ask us questions and if they didnt like the answer i was afraid he say he wouldnt marry us!!

i WAS VERY NERVOUS AND INTIMIDATED ABOUT MEETING OUR PRIEST TOO...I am not sure why though next, we will be looking into a florist and def my own dress...can't wait for that

Not only have I not even thought about limos..... but, I haven't been to my florist yet, but, I do know who I am using.... I haven't booked any trials, it is so GODDAMN hard living in PA, they don't do trials on weekends!!!!
I do know who is doing my hair, most likely, unless she is a complete disaster.... it's good having a MOH as a hairdresser, and her connections!!!

HA!! So true. Booking our rabbi was easy. For some reason booking the priest has become a little more complicated and intimidating, I have no idea why....

That's why I'm happy I'm doing it on premises and not in a church, all the things you have to do for a church, I give those couples credit, I am so not precana material
