I ordered my bridesmaids dresses before I ordered mine the colors are sage with a white sash....(thinking my dress was going to be white) I ordered an ivory dress. Now Im looking for a flower girl dress and dont know if I should order her a white dress with sage sash (my original plan) or an ivory dress? I know the ivory would most likely not look good with a sage sash so it would be all ivory.......sorry Im just thinking out loud to myself and hope some of you girls could help me out?!

my bm dresses are black with a champagne sash, FG dress is ivory with a champagne sash... but i think yours would be cute with a sage sash

What is wrong with an ivory dress with sage sash. I have seen it before on both BMs and FGs. Nice either way.

I'm assuming she is afraid the ivory will look dingy compared to the pure white. It won't, unless it's a really creamy ivory. But my ivory dress pretty much looks white to me. I doubt anyone will spot the difference, but I'd have the FG match the BMs before I'd have the FG match your dress. HTH!
ETA: Wait... you're right anne, she did ask about having them in all ivory. I think ivory and sage green would look fine. Like I said previously, most ivorys look like just plain old white anyway.

I'll let the FG wear white, they look so gorgeous and innocent. It shouldn't be much a HUGE difference when taking pics with her, etc.
It's really up to you... bring a swatch of your dress!

Thank you for all your help girls! I guess what I wanted was for her to match both me and the girls. Ill have to see what dress I decide on for her and then pick out how I want the color?
