I had a bad experience with them too....nothing worth posting, but left after they decided that coming in more than a half hour before closing time was too late and wouldn't even talk to me.

I tried to call but got a message- went there twice- found my dress the last time- You should take a trip- its worth it- if your looking for the red carpet- no but some good service, effective results and the BIGGEST SELECTION of gowns both times were good experiences- and the selection is the best- Ive been to 8 salons and ended up back at RK-go check it out for yourself- I went on sat- it was busy but they were good and then i went on a wed morn- heaven

I didn't order thru RK - would have if I didn't find the dresses cheaper elswhere.

Ask for Emily - she's very nice & helpful. I would've been glad to help her get a comission
