UGGHH i wanted to go online to get some advice on stuff to register for and you need to pay them!! i don't have money to pay CR for advice..lol

Try your public library. I had the same problem when I wanted to find reliable products!! But, my local library has all issues of CR as you can not take them out but, can make copies.
