contacted by buff brides----

i know a few of you are doing this- i saw a past post that your wedding is aired on discovery?

i was contacted by them today- just want to get more info until i call back.

where do you have to go for this- or does the trainer come to you?

please tell me about your experiences with them. thanks.

I know that some gyms have the 'Buff Brides' program. There is also a book written by the trainer that developed the program. I'm doing the workouts in the book and LOVE them!!!

But if it is fo an expensive program I would check out the book. I think it was about $ 12.00 at amazon.com....

I was chosen for this program! The first sets of Brides will air on TV in October on the Discovery Health Channel.....
It's a program that the Discovery Health Channel is doing based on the book 'buff brides'.
They are taking brides and putting them through 4 months of 'training'
You have to committ to meet with a personal trainer at least 3x a week at a NYSC gym and follow a good eating plan.
I have been working with my trainer for a month and a half already and have lost a total of 7lbs and can TOTALLY see the changes in my body!

I go to the gym 5x a week, I have met with a nutritionist and am really enjoying all of the activities that I am getting to do.

The best part is that Discovery Health Channel pays for the whole thing!!!!

You have to interview on camera and the producers of the show pick the brides that they want to participate.

I think it's a great program, but your FH also has to be willing to do interviews and realize part of your wedding will be aired on TV.

If you can commit to their requirments I saw GO FOR IT!!!!
