Contract and 'Addendum'

a few weeks ago i posted a thread on what to include in the reception site contract and someone said that they added an addendum to the contract and had the place sign it....does anyone have any examples as to what this would look like and how it was done?

Re: Contract and 'Addendum'

An addendum is just an addition to the contract you signed. Instead of them redoing the whole contract they just write up the additional information on a seperate page. I don't think there is any set format for this but it should have all the same signatures that appear on the original contract.

Hope this helps.

Re: Contract and 'Addendum'

The 'addendum' is part of the contract and binding
so what does it say? be careful what you sign!
