I had put down a deposit for a vendor over the phone by CC and the vendor sent me a contract by mail. There were things missing on the contract and some things i also want to add. Since I didnt sign the contract or the CC slip, do you all think I can still make changes?

yes, it should not be a problem. call the RH and discuss the changes and ask them to send a new copy with the changes or ask if you can write them in, and initial them

That happened to me on my photog contract...but I had our emails stating what was in. So I added the missing items, initialed, and also printed the email, and sent back

If you didn't sign the contract, then it should still be open to negotiation. And if they charge your credit card and you decide not to commit to the contract, then you should be able to dispute the charges.

Agree w. the girls above...call and discuss if you can add in the changes and initial it or ask if they can print up a new contract. Tell them you are not signing the contract they just sent you as it is not what you agreed to. It may be helpful for you to email them this, as well, with a confirmation of receipt just so that you have a copy in writing (you can never be too safe). HTH
