Cookie Cutters

For those of you who bake...
Is there any difference between plastic, aluminum and copper cookie cutters? Do any of them make a 'better' cookie?

Alton Brown on the Food Network said that the plastic ones are better, because sometimes the metal ones get bent, and you lose the design. I guess it makes sense. As far as the metal ones go, I think a lot of people collect the copper ones and display them in their homes. I've used all three, and they all pretty much do the same job. Get whatever is cheapest, or whichever you can find your design in.

I have a cookie press from Crate and Barrel. It works pretty well.
