I was looking online and found this website. The cookie favors are only $2.50, alot cheaper than other websites I have seen. Thought some of you may be interested.
Thank you. All the ones I've been seeing are 5 bucks each...yikes.
Try searching ebay, there are vendors that will do it for $1 and change/ cookie, including the wrapping and ribbon.

I'm using Pretty Sweet Bakery....they will do a nice cookie wrapped in cellophane for $2.00...it includes a personalized tag and ribbon. You also geta 10% discount if you give them a rave review on theknot.com.

Re: Cookie Favors
Pretty Sweet's cookies for $2.00 look pretty small to me. Their large favors are $3.50. Diane's large favors are 5' x 5' and $2.75 each.

I love the fall themed cookies on diane's link. I might get those.
