cooking in advance for thanksgiving?

next week is gonna be crazy. any ideas for what i can fully cook this weekend that will still taste good/fresh on thursday?

i dont mind having to heat it again for warmth, but i want to do all the prep/cooking this wknd.

any side dishes? desserts? appetizers or main meals?

i am going to a party wednesday, and 3-4 different houses on thursday. so i want to have stuff in-hand.

any ideas?

thanks!

I am making this mushroom lasgana which apparantly freezes very well and it's soooooooooooo good!!! It's actually a recipe from Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa) but with a few tweaks to the recipe.

there is also this mac and cheese (which I am making for FH's aunt's house) which reheats very well, so you could probably make this and then reheat it on thanksgiving. It's a Martha Stewart recipe.
