Coral House Brides past or present

What room are you in (were you in) and what color table linens are you choosing (did you choose?) nrvbrd & i were discussing this.

I am in the Americana Room. Undecided on linen colors.

I am going to try and go there over the holiday weekend. Have you been there and looked at them?

My colors are periwinkle, and ivory. They do not have either of those linens.

I am still clueless.

I need to go look at them also but I'll wait till after the holidays.

I was there 2 weeks ago though to get my directional cards since I was in the area. I was so happy to be in there!

Jennbaby, I sent an email to a former CH bride. She does not come on the boards anymore. I will let you know what her thoughts are.

Presidential for cocktail hour and Americana room for reception.....if I remember correctly Linda said that the matre d chooses the linens for the cocktail hour (not sure though) and the reception I am not sure which color I am choosing yet...I have to look at the list again and see.

I'll let you know what my girlfriend did. She did all white linens, with huge pedestal centerpeices, all white roses, w/votives surrounding. It was all so elegant.

SHe had the big room, the Americana I think.

Mu cousin's wife chose lavender. It was very nice.

Our colors are navy and white, so we are having the blue linens. I was there 2 weeks ago to do the menu. We are the Presidential and the Americana. They did not ask specific for cocktail hour and/or reception, just which color linens we wanted. I can't believe it is only 20 days from today

I have Nantucket Deck Room.

Any suggestions. I really am not a fan of white.

My colors are periwinkle, and ivory. My dress has rum pink in it.

Nrvbrd - what colors are the flowers. What colors are the centerpiece flowers. Maybe you can tie the linens in with the flower colors. Or since there is some pink in your dress, either the soft pink or the blush rose.

I am looking to have some blue in the centerpieces, ie, roses, delphiniums,. I have not decided yet. My bouquet wil have pink and ivory roses.

I may look into the pink. I really wanted ivory linens and napkins. The closest thing they have to ivory is wheat, which is more of an oatmeal color.

My friend did lavendar, she was married there in April. She had the large room with the windows

I say go there and look at them in person. Thats the best way. Also, maybe ask your florist what color would look best with your flowers?

I got a response from the former CH bride I was telling you about. She chose pink, because that was what her bridal party was wearing and her favorite color.
