I am not sure but I know they have a big hole punch for corners in the scrapbooking aisles at Michaels. They come in all different designs.

they are called die-cuts and you can find them at michaels, jo-ann's etc. You slide the corner of the paper into the punch, press down and presto, amazing corners! They come in a variety of designs too
