who exactly gets them? to my understanding its the following
Groom, dads, groomsmen, grandfathers, mothers, grandmothers & anybody that participates in the ceremony.
my mother is giving me hard time. my cousin is a reader and he is getting a bout. my mother said his wife should get one also. she is not participating at all. their daughther is the flower girl. if i give her a corsage then don't have to give ALL the cousins and their wives a bout or corsages????

Personally I would not if she is not part of the wedding.
If so, then the counterparts of others in the wedding may expect also. I'm trying to be consistent with everyone. That makes for no hard feelings and no extra money.

Parents, Grand Parents and readers...those are the only people that we are getting corsages and bouts for. The girls will have bo-k's and the guys will have bouts as well but I'm not going to buy my readers or bridal partys other halves flowers.

yeah i agree. see her husband & daugher (FG) are paticipating in the ceremony. my mother doesn't want her to feel left out. she doesn't want any arguments. but then cousins from FH should get one also. ... she says she is paying for the flowers & its no big deal over the price.

well, I am handling like this....
All of the bridesmaids, MOH carries a bouquet and anyone else who is walking down the aisle gets a corsage. Also any of the men walking down the aisle will have bouts

I agree, if you give her one you will have to give it to everyone, stick with the people that are in the ceremony.
