Corset Back Dresses

Girls...

Maybe you can help me. I am an 07 bride with a corset back dress. I was wondering if girls can post pictures of the backs of your dresses, both those with inserts and those without. I just want to see the difference...still deciding here.

I don't have any pics of my best friend's dress, but she had the inserts! No one wants to see your skin protruding through the corset. The reason for the corset is for it to fit perfectly. No matter how thin you are, you can still have skin bulging through. Unflattering IMO!!

I didnt use inserts and I hate to tell ya there was no skinn bulging anywhere and I am not thing. That only happens if you tie it tight I guess. There was also another girl who didnt use the inserts and it looked nice.

Either way you go it looks nice, do what comfortable for you - if my guest didnt want to see my back than they could turn the other way- it was my wedding and I paid for the damn thing.

I had the same problem - I couldn't decide weather to keep the panel in or take it out.....with a poll and the help from my fellow LIW ladies, it my my decision easier....hope this helps.

I also call the skin bulging.. 'Back Titties' (i know gross).. but that is all i was saying that day - dont make it to tight I dont want 'Back titties'.

I had bought the backless bra from VS but it SuCk'd, so the seamstress sewed in cups and it did the job!!

Mine was a corset back with a built in back patch. I can not tell you how much I loved wearing that dress! You can see all of the other pics in my community album. But, here are a couple that show it really clear....

I had them put in one panel, so that some of my skin was showing, but not too much. This is the way I was comfortable. I loved how it looked.
