In Nassau or Suffolk? What areas? A 2 story or a smaller 1 floor/1 bathroom deal? 1 floor ones in our complex in Suffolk with 1 bathroom are going for about $275,000 now.

My sister bought in Suffolk last year...about 240K for a 2 BR/1.5BA.

In my development, a 2BR, 1.5BTH usually lists for about $375-$390k. We have a townhouse, good size, lots of amenities, low maintence, in Nassau (south shore).
