I want to book my local florist because I have a great relationship with them and my FH has been sending me flowers from them every month since we started dating...problem is I have NO IDEA what a good price is for anything flower related. I have 14 adults and 6 kids in the BP plus moms, dads, grandparents....Also, I bought these candelabras (for about 25 tables) that I want to decorate with flowers...any ideas on what I am looking at?
ps. I want to go simple if that helps...nothing huge

There are sooo many in any color you want....I ordered 1 originally to see if I liked it and did...they were 24.99 each..not too bad. IF you order there...call and ask for Doug...he was great!

My entire package of flowers (with everything included, even 13 large centerpieces, bouquets, and the ceremony 'arch') was $2,500 - to give you an idea of flower cost. This is for 150 guests total.

i found that when i went a couple local florists , it was a HUGE difference in price
then i tried checking out the vendors and it was soooooooooo much cheaper.. but of course it depends which vendor.

It depends upon what flowers you choose, what is in season at the time. Roses are inexpensive.
I spent a lot on my flowers, because I am a very visual person. But I absolutely loved the way they came out. My bo-k, MOH, FG basket, MIL corsage, 4 bouts, 17 CP's (high/low mix) sweetheart table, flowers for cake, special bo-k for the cemetery (my mom), one special presentation bo-k (couple's 45th anniversary on our wedding day) - $3,800.00 He threw in arrangments for the men's / ladies's room, some rose blossoms for the escort card table, greenery and vendela orchids for the CH butler trays.
Visit different florists with concrete ideas of what you want so that you can make an accurate price comparison. I had specific ideas in mind, my florist was able to interpret them to my liking.

I have 8 bridesmaids/ 1 MOH, 8 groomesman, 2 flower girls, 17 high centerpieces (orchids and cali lilys), flowers for the church, 8 corsages...My price is $2500 plus tax. FM me if you want the name of the florist. If you do low centerpieces it goes down by $400.
