Cost of Flowers

Original post by NicoleBonee

Hi everyone! I'm trying to get an idea of how much the florist is going to run me. I'm on a tight budget (naturally, most of us are) of around $1,000-$1500 absolute max. I need to get about 10 centerpieces so I was thinking about doing the clear tall cylinder vases with submerged flowers, tons of candles, and petals on the tables. I also need my bouquet, two bridesmaids bouquests, the grooms flowers, and flowers for the two best men. And flowers for about 4 other people (my parents and grandparents). I would love to do tall centerpieces but I don't think it's in our budget. What do you think? What florists do you recommend?

TIA!!

i love flowers by brian - they would prob be on the high end of your budget though

definitely not budget-friendly in my experience. i would NOT go there. maybe others have had different experiences with brian though.

I agree. the work is beautiful, but not, in my experience, for the budget conscious bride.

Designs by Rose will come up with different ideas for your to accomodate your budget

The key is to keep an open mind. The price of those vases for the submerged flowers is insane, BTW. If you want to do that, you might consider buying them wholesale yourself somewhere. I looked into that and I was quoted $150 a cp for a 3 vase CP. crazy.
