I really depends on what you want. You can probably get somebody that does this just for fun and on the side. They may charge a few hundred.

If its a business... then you should get a creative company to do it. That can run in the thousands. But it really all depends.

Why not ask some people on http://newyork.craigslist.org and see what they charge?
