Cost on venues

What are the ranges in cost per person you have gotten. We have about 150 people and our quotes are all over the place. Have venues work with your budget?

We were quoted as cheap as $79pp-$140pp for a friday night.

Also saturday nights ranged $20-$40 more per person

We were quoted anywhere from $90 up to $165 I believe

I'm getting married on a Sunday but it's over a holiday weekend. Some venues were giving me Sunday prices but some were considering that day as a Saturday. We had quotes from $120 to $175. Most venues wouldn't lower their price but they were willing to add some free stuff in.

I was quoted between $85 and $225. Very few venues quoted me under $100pp, and I was looking in the winter!

ETA: I was able to push for lower minimums at some places....though it ended up being a moot point because my guest list is 60 people over my minimum!!!

i was quoted for a friday in april/may august/sept anywhere from $95 to $220. it all depends on what youre looking for...and remember, theres always room for negotiation. We got the place of our dreams for $50 less pp then what they originally quoted.

we were quoted anywhere from 88-210 for a sunday night of memorial weekend. The lower prices were due to the fact that some of the venues still treated the date as a sunday and honored the sunday prices. The higher end was because there were many places that charged Saturday pricing for sunday of memorial weekend

We were quoted $89-$120 for a friday night wedding in August.

For a Friday Night in July we were quoted any where from $65-100 pp. We didn't bother looking at any places that we knew were way over that since it was out of our budget.

We were quoted $65-$125pp for our Saturday night in March.

I received anywhere from $120-$250PP++ for a Satrday night in March.
