Costa Rica Honeymoon

FH and I are trying to decide on our honeymoon and I thought that I would get your opinions to help us. We are looking into staying at The Tabacon Resort in Arenal, Costa Rica for 3 nights. We will have to take around a 3 hour ride to get there from the airport. Then we will be staying at The Riu in Guadalacaste, Costa Rica for 4 nights. We will have to drive around another 3 hours to get to this resort from Arenal. The major hold ups that we are having with this itinerary is that we will be traveling around a lot and that neither of these hotels are adults only. Do any of you ladies know anything about these hotels and what do you think about all of the drive time? TIA

Thanks. I have read the reviews for all of these hotels but they are mixed. Some people say they are great while others say the rooms, food, etc. are bad. Just wanted to see if anyone has stayed there personally and if they think it is worth it.
