cottage cheeese

Okay so how come everyone eats cottage cheese when they are dieting? Whats so great about it and more importantly what does it taste like?
If I cant stand the taste of yogurt, will I like this cottage cheese junk?

I can't eat cottage cheese. It looks like a yeast infection. I know that's gross but I just can't stomach it.

That's such a gross thought, but I actually really like cottage cheese (although I may never be able to eat it again without thinking of yeast infections). I get those cottege doubles for breakfast. They have fruit on one side and cc on the other.

I have never had it in my life...

If you want to diet, just eat fruits and veggies- not that gross cheese!! Blah it looks like popcorn ceiling from the 70's but wet

ETA: Besides the Yeast Infection LOL it also reminds me of cellulite.

actually I love cottage cheese but it has to be the salted variety (no salt =yuck)... it's really healthy cause it has a lot of protein and calcium but not a lot of fat or carbs.

While dieting...When I was seriously dieting(which will begin again soon)...per the doctor..I got the lowfat cottage cheese, or fat free. Its good because its filling, and it counts as a good part of dairy intake. You could get it with milk or vitamins,, but this is a good way. also..very ver low in calories.

I would eat it with mix of tomatoes and salt.

Or as a snack with pineapples..yum yum

I have always been a fan of cottage cheese, especially with pineapples. But now i am really grossed out and not sure if i will ever be able to look at cottage cheese the same way again.

the Cottage Doubles are delicious.. comes in raspberry, pineapple, blueberry and cinnamon apple!... i dont really like cottage cheese plain!
