COULD BE WEDDING RELATED ?

ANYONE HAVE FORGETFUL BRAIN THIS TIME OR YEAR ? OR JUST NOW? FOR SOME REASON I FEEL JUST LIKE MY HEAD IS SOOO CLOUDED W APPTS, (FOR WEDDING NOT WEDDING) HOLIDAYS, PLANNING THINGS. I AM NOT NORMALLY LIKE THIS EITHER, I'M USUALLY VERY ORGANIZED... I EVEN FORGOT I PUT THE WATER IN THE SINK YESTERDAY... WHAT'S THE DEAL??? CAN ANYONE RELATE?

Absolutely know what your going through i get a little overwhelmed and thats when i start forgetting things plus my kids and schoolwork dont help

I am sooooooooooooooooooo overwhelmed with my 5 month old, my 8 year olds homework, and finding hair and make-up. Meeting with my DOC. And yes...being forgetful. Please...don't feel bad. It's absolutely normal. Atleast I think it is. Nerves, anxiety etc, plays a huge part as well. We'll get through it. PROMISE!!

I have been getting severe pains in my head since the end of September. I have been on antibiotics, had cat scans, and now am going to see a neurologist. Some think it's stress related.

YES! I went to go get my NC license the other day and the lady asked me how tall I am and I said '5'3' and then she said something that I thought was 'lbs.?' I thought that was a strange way to ask my weight, but I said 'around 130' and then she said, 'no, eyes' and I said 'oh, they're fine' and she looked at me like I was nuts and said 'no, what color are they!!'
I swear, I am completely out of it lately. Your brain can only focus on a few things at a time and we are all cramming in way too much right now!

Just every now and then keep a notebookl nearby to write stuff down and try to take time out to relax.

yes journalling does help

I am always forgetful, especially now with the holidays and all of this wedding planning my brain is overwhelmed, so you are not alone!!
